When can I tour the building?

The leasing office is open seven days a week: Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and weekends from 12 PM to 4 PM. Book a tour online, call 1-866-736-8212, or simply drop in.

How do I apply?

Applications are online through the leasing portal linked from the floor plans page. Choose a layout, pick an available suite and complete the application from any device. Current residents use the separate resident portal for payments and maintenance requests.

What do suites rent for?

Rents start at $1,825 a month before any incentive, and vary by layout and floor. Each plan carries its own starting rent on the floor plans page, and the Available Suites page shows the actual rent for every suite that is free right now, alongside the date it can be taken.

Is there parking?

Yes, outdoor parking on site. The first spot is $75 a month and each additional spot is $100. Ask the leasing office to reserve one when you apply.

Is the building pet-friendly?

Pets are welcome with approval from management. We ask that they stay on a leash outside your suite and out of the common areas, that vaccinations stay current, and that owners carry liability insurance. Visitors cannot bring pets onto the property. The full policy is on the amenities page.

Both. Every suite has its own hookups for a stacked washer and dryer, and there is a coin-operated laundry room on site.

The main entrance has a ramp alongside the steps and an elevator serves all five floors. Layouts vary by plan, so ask the leasing office about a specific suite.

Residents have a rooftop terrace with a BBQ and seating overlooking the Cataraqui, a two-storey party room with a wet bar and a slate fireplace, a fully equipped gym with free weights and cardio machines, and a wood-panelled lobby with a library lounge. Storage lockers are available to rent.

Walnut hardwood floors through the living areas, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, carpet in the bedrooms and a private covered balcony. Two and three bedroom plans have two full bathrooms.

Eight layouts across five floors. One bedrooms run 872 to 1,040 square feet, two bedrooms 1,256 to 1,931 with the largest adding a den, and the two three bedrooms are 1,633 and 1,639. Every layout is on the floor plans page.

What’s nearby?

We’re on Armstrong Road in Kingston’s west end, with the Little Cataraqui Creek directly behind the building and Meadowbrook Park on the same street. The Bath Road shops are a short walk north, and Kingston Centre, Cataraqui Centre and Lake Ontario Park are each about eight minutes by car. Walk Score rates the address 65 and Bike Score 64.

How far is Queen’s University?

About twelve minutes by car, or twenty by bus. St. Lawrence College is ten minutes away, downtown Kingston eleven, and Highway 401 seven. The stop at Bath Road and Armstrong is served by Express 701 and 702 every five to twenty minutes.
